To The Honourable……………..,Member for…………………. Dear………, It is my will and intent as an Australian Citizen, residing in the……………….Electorate, that the matter of whether to house or store nuclear waste in South Australia or not be put to two referenda; One that counts all “yes” or “no” votes, forgoing the use of representatives or electorates for all Indiginous South Australians, and that requires a greater than fifty percent majority to determine an answer, and an identical referendum for all Non-Indiginous South Australians, and that no enabling legislation for the housing or storage of nuclear waste in South Australia be passed unless both aformentioned referenda are conducted and both return an

affirmative answer, therefore I…………………………hereby order any and all agents and representatives of my will who are authorised to act on my behalf, to take any and all practicable measures, within their power and purview to see to it that my will on this matter be done exactly as stipulated herein.

    Sincerely and Respectfully

How to use the “Order Template”

-Fill in the gaps/blank fields; Your local member’s name/Your electorate’s name/Sir or madam/Your Name then sign it.

-Type it up or rewrite it in your own handwriting word for word, and again, put your signature on it, if you’re worried about my messy handwriting(this is a redundancy from the handwritten one but i’ll leave it in)

-Make 2 extra copies, one for your own records, and one to send to me if we need to use it as evidence.

-Send one of the copies to your local Member of Parliament and if you can spare the cash, try to send it via registered mail and get the receipt confirmation service attatched to the envelope, it’ll cost about ten to fifteen bucks, but it’s worth it for strength of evidence purposes. Also jot down the registraion number for the envelope if you register it.

-Once you have sent your orders, please contact me on 0416301337 and tell me your name and a way to contact you to give you an address to send your copy that you saved for me to, and so that i can bring you into the breach of trust case as a party to the trust and a witness, again if we need to.

-If you sent your orders via registered mail, i’d also like the the registration number on the envelope, so i can track down what happened to them/ to use as more evidence

-Then wait, if they try to pass any enabling legislation on the dump without giving us our referenda, we have a case, and i’ll see you in court (in a good way for once!)

Me again, I’ve typed up a notepad version of my executive order template and some instructions on how to use it, now this way there’s no rush you can just copy it off of here and send it at your leisure, don’t leave it too long though, we have to get our orders in before they pass any legislation. My aim is to get at least 300 identical executive orders posted to and received by Members of Parliament all across the sate, that effectively overrules the citizens jury in equitable terms and makes our case very strong indeed. This is all highly experimental but it’s also exciting for that reason. Don’t despair, take action, take the right actions and we can shut this thing down. I’ll bear all the costs for the lawsuit you just have to commit to sending a copy of these orders and rocking up at court to putting your two cents worth in, if your interested in getting involved with this experiment. My next two posts will be the XO template and the instructions for how to use it. enjoy!

Hi guys; I’d like your permission and assistance with distributing an Executive Order template at your rally; The template is a letter to your member of parliament ordering them to put the matter to two referenda, one for Indiginous South Aussies and one for Non Indiginous South Aussies and both must have a majority yes before they can pass any enabling legislation; This gives the Indiginous People the Veto they deserve over this decision and everyone else in the state a say; this i much fairer than a 300 person citizens jury making this decision for the whole state and future generations. Members of Parliament can choose to ignore a protest, but they are not allowed to ignore specific orders from members of their electorate; if those orders are fair, are within their powers and are rattified by many members of the community. I’ll need to collect a list of people who are going to send orders to their member so that i can include them as parties in the breach of trust case i’ll be bringing to the judiciary if they fail to follow these equitable orders. But we can talk about that on the day. I’m not sure when my bus gets in from Berri so hopefully you’ll still have a crowd when i get there; at around noon.
